Downwordly is an engaging word building game that presents players with the challenge of maximizing their letter combinations. It goes beyond the simple task of using any letter available - strategy and foresight are crucial in determining the best word to form.

With the option to play against friends on GameCenter through turn-based multiplayer, Downwordly offers a competitive edge. Alternatively, players can indulge in solo gameplay, where an endless stack of letters awaits their creative exploration.

The game also introduces a Puzzle mode, encouraging players to search for words within a given set of letters. This mode adds an extra layer of mental stimulation to the gameplay experience.

In addition, Downwordly offers the Daily Challenge, which features a fresh set of 5 layers of tiles to work through every day. This provides a steady source of entertainment and keeps players engaged on a regular basis.

To further enhance the competitive aspect, Downwordly includes leaderboards so players can measure their performance against friends and other players worldwide. This feature adds an exciting element of comparison and allows players to see how they stack up globally.
